Terms and Conditions of "Internal Family and Friends Referral Campaign" - Staff Referral Programme
- The staff referral scheme is only valid for All confirmed employees (Quill Group of Companies) with minimum 1 year service and clean HR record.
- To be entitled to the incentive scheme, the referrer is required to complete the referral form with the acknowledgment and sign-off from the referee – as confirmation of the referral. The form must be submitted via online form (QR Code and Web link). Submission of the referral form after the date of the referee’s test drive and purchase of vehicle or incomplete referral forms will not be entertained.
- For each referred customer who successfully Test Drive in Quill Automobiles (Ground Floor, Quill 9) the Referrer staff will receive a one-time incentive once the Referee has successfully purchased a vehicle with Quill Automobiles. The incentive payment will be made via online transfer/cheque.
- Multiple referrals of the same customer will be rewarded on a first referral – first reward basis. In the event a referral of a potential customer is disputed among one or more Referrals, the company has the absolute right to determine which party, based solely upon who first submitted the referral form, is entitled to the Referral incentive.
- It is understood that the Referrer is acting as a referrer only and shall have no authority to enter into any agreements, obligations, or commitments on behalf Quill Automobiles, or to negotiate any financial terms in relation to payment with potential customers.
- The Referrer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Quill Automobiles harmless from any claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, awards, or judgments arising out of any such arrangement obligations, or commitments undertaken by the Referrer or the breach thereof.
- The Referrer shall not make any commitment or incur any charge or expense in the name of Quill Automobiles.
- Quill Automobiles reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of the scheme without prior notice.
